The Big Truck Tire Step is warrantied for 1 year against manufacturing defects in workmanship or materials under normal use. Any product which is returned and determined to be defective in material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced. 

If you are unsatisfied with your Big Truck Tire Step within 30 days of placing your order you may return for a full refund. Any returns made outside of 30 days are subject to a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Restocking fees vary depending on the condition of the Big Truck Tire Step or accessories at the time of the return. In order to receive credit, returns must be authorized by a representative before being shipped back to our warehouse.  Return shipping cost will be the responsibility of the buyer.

Unique Truck Equipment Inc.  disclaims any liability for consequential and/or incidental damages, lost profits, lost sales, injury to person or property.  Liability is limited to, and shall not exceed the purchase price.
