Step 1
Extrusion
The Big Truck Tire Step is manufactured, assembled, and packaged in the USA. Each step, including the platform, begins as die-cut extruded aluminum. Using die-cut aluminum construction allows the Big Truck Tire Step to remain lightweight and sturdy. The tread design provides traction and provides drainage for oil or other substances on the Big Truck Tire Step.
Step 2
Painting
Each section of the Big Truck Tire Step travels down the assembly line in to the paint booth.
Step 3
Assembly
Once the paint has cured, the Big Truck Tire Step is taken to the assembly area. Each section of the Big Truck Tire Step is fitted and assembled by hand. After assembly, the Big Truck Tire Step is carefully packaged and set aside for shipping.
